Passwords Protected
A mailbox password is checked against your server, then stored encrypted so TasMail can fetch and send for you. It is never shown again.

No Staff Mailbox Access
Platform staff and team admins cannot read connected mailboxes. Support access is scoped and audited.

AI Is Opt-In
No email content goes to an AI provider before your explicit consent, and daily use is capped.

Honest Encryption Claims
We will state exactly what is encrypted where, including the limits of OpenPGP and S/MIME interoperability.

Drafts, Clearly Marked
Terms, privacy, DPA and subprocessor documents are published as drafts until qualified review is complete.
